Terms of Use

DonorOps is a nonprofit operating company built on licensed WUN technology. By using the site or services, you agree to these terms.

Scope

These Terms govern your access to the donorops.com website and any related services, projects, accounts, systems, and communications provided by DonorOps LLC.

If you enter into a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, or master services agreement with us, that separate agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. Underlying software platform services are provided on a licensed basis from Violetek LLC (operating as WUN).

Accounts and access

DonorOps currently provisions client accounts directly rather than offering open self-service signup.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.

We may suspend or limit access if needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, address security risks, or comply with law.

Acceptable use

You may use DonorOps only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not create unreasonable risk for us, our providers, or other users.

You may not

Use the site or services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or submit unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content.

Export and sanctions compliance

You may not use DonorOps if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a country, organization, or person subject to applicable United States sanctions, embargoes, or restricted party rules.

Billing and payments

Client billing is handled in partnership with DonorOps LLC and may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider we designate.

Fees, payment timing, and project scope will normally be set in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable once work has been performed or service time has been allocated.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, banking fees, and losses caused by inaccurate billing information unless prohibited by law.

AI features and workflow automation

DonorOps uses AI systems and workflow automation as part of service delivery, analysis, content generation, routing, and operational support.

AI-assisted outputs and automated actions can be useful, but they are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for every context. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and decisions before relying on them in legal, financial, operational, or customer-facing settings.

You must not use DonorOps to develop or deploy unlawful surveillance, fraud, discrimination, or other harmful conduct.

Ownership and feedback

Each party keeps ownership of its pre-existing materials, intellectual property, and proprietary systems unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Subject to payment of applicable fees and any written agreement between the parties, you retain rights in materials you provide to us. We keep rights in our methods, templates, know-how, software, site content, branding, and underlying service infrastructure.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis except to the extent a written agreement says otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonorOps LLC and its licensor Violetek LLC disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that the site or services will always be error-free, secure, or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonorOps LLC and Violetek LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to DonorOps.

Termination and governing law

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that should survive by their nature will survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@donorops.com.
